House Soft Wash / Stucco Cleaning in St. George, UT

The problem

Stucco in this valley is a dust magnet. South and west walls tan. North walls grow a dull film in the shade. Sprinkler overspray leaves white mineral tracks from the weep screed up. One neighbor “helps” with a rented machine and leaves wand marks you can see from the street — which is exactly what architectural committees notice.

The solution

Soft wash. Cleaner dwells, then a low-pressure rinse. We work top down, protect outlets and fixtures, and keep water from being driven behind the cladding. Foam pop-outs, synthetic stucco, and real three-coat all get a method that matches the surface, not a one-size PSI.

Quiet hours and neighbors

SunRiver, Entrada, The Fields, and many Washington HOAs care about Saturday-morning noise. We schedule house washes in the window you (or the manager) give us. Equipment still makes some sound; we do not idle a pressure rig against a shared fence at 7 a.m. unless that is the approved slot.

Process

1. Walk the elevations. Note cracks, peeling paint, and drip lines.
2. Wet and protect plants at the base. Move what we can.
3. Apply soft-wash mix. Dwell. Do not let it dry on hot stucco.
4. Low-pressure rinse. Hand-work stubborn mineral tracks.
5. Spot windows and fixtures. Tell you if a crack was already there.

Desert notes

Hairline stucco cracks are normal here. We will not pretend a wash repairs them, and we will not force water into them. Kayenta and Entrada stone should not be “brightened” into a different color than the mortar. Painted steel garage doors streak if you chase them with high pressure — they get the house method.
